+WHAT ARE WE RAISING MONEY FOR?
The House is an ecosystem that supports female artists to achieve a balance of learning, teaching and doing, so that they can create works of meaning and become the best artist they can be.
The House That Dan Built operates around four core sets of values:
-
Excellence :
-
Creativity/Experimentation :
-
Education/Training :
-
Access/Opportunity :
We are raising money for the House to produce Salt, run Akin workshops in regional NSW and travel to Venice to witness our work in situ at the Biennale.
+THANK YOU
We are pretty ambitious here at The House and have a whole lot of people in our corner, and we are so grateful, which is another huge element of how we roll - GRATITUDE. So thank you for your support and reading our page. This list will grow exponentially as the event gets closer but so far:
THANK YOU

+ I WANT TO HELP
That is such great news. THANK YOU! We are a tiny company doing big things and could really use some help. The best way to help with the fundraiser is help put together a group of 10 people who might be interested in what we do, but have yet to hear about us. $1500 buys 10 tickets ($150 each) and a $400 DGR receipt will be issued to the organiser.
Another way is you might be able to help us is by introducing us to an individual or company that has similar objectives to the regional and remote work we do with young women. We are actively seeking partners and sponsors to help us deliver what we do well.
We have created corporate workshops that have an ongoing benefit after being a great team building day.
You could make a donation towards making what we do happen. From buying a uke to sponsoring a whole AKIN workshop. This could also be in kind with time or expertise sharing. Make a donation HERE all donations over $2 are tax deductible and will go a long way to ensuring young female voices are heard.
Finally - come and have a coffee, find what we are both passionate about and if there are ways to do things together!
+ RAFFLE TICKETS
2 tickets to our fundraiser can be won through our FUNDRAISING RAFFLE. $5 per ticket. Tickets can be bought by TOY CHOIR and ENSEMBLE MEMBERS or ONLINE can be bought here! These tickets have been donated by the incredible super supported LOUISE READ who can not attend so she is spreading the JOY by buying two tickets!
Raffle will be drawn Saturday March 30th at 11.30am by TOY CHOIR.
